Appointment & Cancellation Policy

To provide efficient and timely service to all patients, Silva Dental Center requests the following:

Appointment Confirmation

Appointments are subject to confirmation by the clinic.

Patients may be contacted through phone, email, SMS, or social media messaging platforms for appointment confirmation.

Arrival Time

Patients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals

Patients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled depending on clinic availability.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Patients are requested to notify the clinic at least 24 hours before their appointment if cancellation or rescheduling is necessary.

No-Show Policy

Repeated missed appointments without notice may affect future appointment scheduling privileges.

Emergency Situations

Silva Dental Center reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, equipment issues, staff availability, or circumstances beyond the clinic's control.
